I purchased this in 2023 and somehow lost a few cards. They said they would send me the information of the missing cards if I had a receipt. It was so long ago that all I had was the bank statement, and they said they couldn’t verify it for the missing cards information and instead sent me an ENTIRE NEW SET. They absolutely did not have to do that but they did!!!! I’ve been wanting to purchase the Minnesota hiking set for a while and due to their kindness I now want to do that sooner rather than later!! I am so happy!!!! There’s even new packaging on my new set!!
