We received our RIO purchase of California and Missouri but unfortunately, our new puppy found them before we did. He destroyed the outer box and they weren’t fit for gifting. After I emailed, they air rushed two new ones for me. I received them before Christmas and am excited to give them. Great company. I hope their business thrives!

I purchased as a gift and had it sent. When they opened it the ODOR was overwhelming. When I visited last weekend, the kids took the cards out and the smell was very bad and it was all over my hands after touching the cards. Disappointed that my special gift was smelly. (Just giving a heads up) so far they have enjoyed their adventures but need to be ready for the stench when picking out their card .

The scratch-off material includes a small ingredient similar to what’s found in nail polish to help make it easy to scratch. While the product is safe and meets all safety standards, we understand the smell can still be off-putting. Rest assured, we’re actively working on a new scratch-off material that won’t have the smell. We usually advise leaving them out for 1-2 days if the smell is strong. If that doesn't fix it for you, just reach out to our Customer Service team and they would be happy to see how they can help!

This is a fun concept-- Love the scratch off process and the "surprise" of learning something new to do-- took one star away because well..I didn't really find too many things that I hadn't done already or new things that I wanted to do (ex: there was a paint room where you throw paint around and make a mess-- and another one where you smash things umm ..no thanks on those) being in my 60's its possible I'm not the demographic for this type of adventure..and that's OK -- I was just hoping for some new, undiscovered things to try and those things were not in the cards.... But again-- LOVED the concept!
