Creating the North Carolina Bucket List
It took us about a year to come up with the ideal set of 50 adventures all within the state of North Carolina, as well as to refine our design and manufacturing process. We've now launched our North Carolina Adventure Bucket List, and the response has been outstanding! We absolutely LOVE seeing people use the bucket list to get out and explore!

We purchased these for our family and picked NC since we live in NC. We scratched our first card today and it took us to Raleigh, NC to play putt-putt at Partee Shack. The putt-putt was amazing and our family had such a great time. The scratch cards told us about how much the activity would cost and if it would be relaxed or an active activity. Our family enjoyed it so much and we can’t wait to scratch our next card.

My sister-in-law received the North Carolina bucket list for her birthday 2 days before Christmas. I had purchased the same one for her for Christmas . She is difficult to shop for. I was excited that I had bought her something she would really enjoy. I emailed Rio hoping that they would exchange it for a different State. They responded to my email immediately during the Christmas holiday. They helped me exchange North Carolina for Tennessee and everyone is happy.

Yesterday was my husband's birthday so I surprised him with a visit to Mystery Hill in Blowing Rock, NC. We also took our Irish Setter Finnegan with us because they said dogs were welcome. It's a theme park of sorts because it's above an area where gravitational anomalies occur like water flowing uphill and balls rolling uphill instead of downhill! It also includes gem mining, axe and tomahawk throwing, a Native American museum with over 50K arrowhead and a house built in 1903 that belonged to the family which founded nearby Appalachian State University. It was a lot of fun and we look forward to our next RIO adventure!
