Most activities can be completed with items typically found at home or that require no additional purchases. Some acts of kindness might involve small costs, such as buying a coffee for a stranger, but we've designed the activities to be as accessible and cost-effective as possible. There are 2-3 activities that might be more expensive, but these can easily be adapted to be more cost-effective if needed.

The majority of the activities can be done either solo or with others. The versatility of the activities allows you to perform acts of kindness on your own, with family, friends, or even co-workers. It's a great way to involve others in spreading kindness.

The time commitment for each activity varies, but many can be completed in just a few minutes. Some activities might involve more planning or time. Each card will have an icon at the bottom indicating the estimated time required for the activity.

Many of the acts of kindness can be done at home, while others might require you to go somewhere like a coffee shop, animal shelter, or shopping center. Each card has icons at the bottom that indicate whether the activity can be done at home or if you need to travel.

Every card is labeled to indicate if the activity is best suited for spontaneous acts of kindness or if it requires some advance planning. This way, you can choose the perfect activity for any moment, whether you're looking for something to do right then or planning for future acts of kindness.

Each adventure card in the Adventure Bucket List has a hidden QR code that can be scanned using a smartphone camera. The QR code will lead you to a page on our website that offers additional information and links for the adventure, including maps and any other resources that might be helpful for planning and completing the activity. While the QR code is not required to complete the adventure, it can be a useful supplement for those who want more information or guidance.
